Damages and issues

Please check your order upon receipt and inform us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, lost, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.

Return

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we will not be able to accept any returns. However, in case of any damaged packaging or quality issues, please write to us on importedfoodhall@gmail.com and allow us some time to inspect the issue and get back to you.

Refunds are available

When we've collected and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been authorized.
If accepted, your original payment method will be immediately refunded.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider can take some time to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

We do not accept any cancellations once the order has been shipped. However, in case it has not been dispatched from our end, you can contact us on the number provided on the website within 1 day of placing the order.
